Job Summary We are seeking 2 passionate and dynamic Bilingual Teachers to join our Medical Career Training School which is dedicated to empowering students with the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in healthcare. We are seeking 2 Bilingual Teachers, one fluent in English and Spanish and one fluent in English and Urdu /Hindi. Must be able to read and speak bilingually. The classes offered are : Medical Assistant Patient Care Technician Medical Biller and Coding Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction utilizing curriculum development and implementation strategies aligned with industry standards. Incorporate learning technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Assess student performance data regularly to monitor progress, identify areas needing improvement, and tailor instruction accordingly. Communicate regularly with students regarding academic progress Facilitate hands-on training sessions in medical procedures, ensuring students gain practical experience in a simulated environment. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson plans, and student performance data for reporting purposes. Experience MUST have a minimum 3- 5 years experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or Medical Billing and Coder Experience implementing curriculum modules, lesson planning, and instructional modifications tailored to various learning styles. Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, standardized testing procedures, and educational compliance regulations.
