Position Summary:

Court Monitors are responsible for overseeing jumpers in all trampoline and activity areas to ensure a safe, fun, and positive experience for every guest. You'll keep energy levels high, enforce safety rules with confidence, and help maintain a clean, friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise trampoline courts and activity zones to ensure guest safety and rule compliance Provide jumpers with clear safety instructions before and during play Intervene quickly and professionally when unsafe behavior is observed Deliver top-tier customer service through friendly interactions and positive communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special promotions when needed Perform daily inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

Minimum age: 16 years old Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to stay alert and energetic for long periods Comfortable enforcing rules respectfully and consistently Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Weekend and holiday availability required
