Digital Forensics Lab Manager Location:
Fresno, CA Work Arrangement:
Onsite Type:
Full-time Role Focus Senior digital forensics position responsible for the technical and operational management of company's Fresno forensic lab. This role combines hands-on forensic examination with case oversight, evidence management, quality control, lab standards, and development of forensic analysts. Must currently reside in the Fresno, CA area and be willing to work fully onsite. No sponsorship/3rd parties. Target Candidate Significant professional digital forensics experience Advanced experience conducting computer and digital forensic examinations Strong experience with forensic acquisition, preservation, processing, analysis, and reporting Deep familiarity with forensic platforms such as Magnet AXIOM, EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, X-Ways, or similar tools Strong understanding of forensic artifacts, Windows systems, file systems, user activity, and evidence reconstruction Expert understanding of chain of custody, evidence integrity, defensible forensic methodology, and forensic lab procedures Experience reviewing forensic work product and providing technical direction on complex examinations Ability to manage multiple active forensic matters and prioritize laboratory workload Experience developing or maintaining lab procedures, standards, documentation, and quality-control processes Ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level forensic analysts Strong written communication and ability to review or contribute to formal forensic reports Experience supporting litigation, law enforcement, expert witness matters, internal investigations, or other high-scrutiny matters is highly desirable Prior law enforcement digital forensics experience is a plus Eligible to work for any U.S. employer without ever requiring sponsorship or a 3rd party Able to pass a background check Currently living in the Fresno, CA area and willing to work 100% onsite

Highly experienced forensic examiner who can remain technically hands-on while taking ownership of lab operations, forensic quality, case coordination, and analyst development.
Compensation:
$110,000-$155,000 and benefits package
