Duties Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, or policy violations using evidence collection and analysis techniques Utilize surveillance tools and data collection methods to gather pertinent information during investigations Prepare detailed investigative reports documenting findings, evidence, and recommended actions with clarity and precision Interview witnesses, suspects, and relevant parties employing investigative interviewing techniques to obtain accurate information Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and government entities during complex investigations involving criminal law or criminal procedure Analyze investigation evidence to identify patterns or discrepancies that may indicate fraudulent activities or non-compliance Maintain meticulous records of all investigation activities, ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal protocols Qualifications Proven experience in criminal investigation, law enforcement, or government agency investigation roles with a focus on compliance or fraud prevention Strong understanding of criminal law, criminal procedure, and investigative techniques including evidence analysis and investigation evidence collection Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and preparing comprehensive investigative reports Familiarity with surveillance systems, data collection tools, and Microsoft Office applications for report preparation and analysis Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information quickly and accurately Knowledge of investigation best practices related to fraud prevention, criminal investigation procedures, and government regulations Effective investigative interviewing techniques combined with strong communication skills to gather reliable information Join us in safeguarding our organization's integrity by ensuring ethical conduct at every level.
