Private Investigator — Civil Litigation & Class Action Investigations Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a sophisticated Los Angeles-based plaintiff's class action law firm seeking a licensed Private Investigator to support complex civil litigation, including class action, mass tort, and consumer/employment matters. What You'll Do Conduct discreet background, corporate, and financial investigations on defendants and key individuals Locate and interview witnesses and class members; prepare court-ready reports Research public records, litigation history, and regulatory filings to support case development Assess claim viability through pre-litigation investigation Coordinate with attorneys to align findings with litigation strategy Who You Are Active California Private Investigator license (required) 10+ years of investigative experience (law enforcement, civil litigation, or complex investigations) Plaintiff-side litigation or class action experience strongly preferred Skilled in public records research and open-source intelligence gathering Highly discreet, with strong written communication skills Based in or able to work regularly in the Los Angeles area All resumes will be treated with strict confidence. \n \n
