• Compliance & Data Privacy ○ Maintain strict adherence to student record privacy, FERPA regulations, Connecticut state laws (including Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 10-234aa et seq.), and district data security standards when handling confidential student data. ○ Ensure all services rendered align with local board policies and state reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies :

•

Certifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required; Counseling or Special Education Teaching certification preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting middle/high school academic record compliance and course-code mapping.

•

Technical Expertise:

•

Core Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong background in credit auditing, expertise in state/federal compliance guidelines, and the ability to handle sensitive juvenile justice and special education records with total discretion.
