Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and must meet the prerequisites and complete the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program certification; or two (2) years of experience in law enforcement or related field and Georgia P.O.S.T. certification.

Some positions may require the incumbent to have a valid Class C driver's license.

This position will function as the Criminal Intelligence Analyst, however, needs to be post certified. This position will communicate and assist monitoring officers, facilities, OPS, with real-time information. The position will require you to study crime data, to identify trends, patterns, and hot spots, using this information to assist OPS Agents in solving crimes and preventing future offenses. This is also for position number 00117223. Both positions are for the OWL Unit.
