M1 Job Profile Sub-Family Definition Financial Crimes Risk Management identifies, assesses, and manages risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, fraud, and other financial crimes. Develops and executes policies, controls, monitoring, investigations, and regulatory compliance programs to mitigate financial crime risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including AML and BSA requirements. Career Specialization Definition Fraud Investigations activities may include: Investigates suspected incidents of illegal activity or cases of suspected fraud by teammates, vendors, or third parties. Coordinates information gathering and reporting with applicable law enforcement authorities, and present evidence to court. Maintains case management and evidence in accordance with legal requirements. Other duties as assigned. Career Level Definition Supervises support employees.

Responsibilities typically include:

Setting day-to-day operational objectives for team. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Typically requires broad knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline, generally gained through work experience Typically requires 2+ years prior leadership experience, and demonstrates understanding of basic management approaches
