CAFETERIA & RECESS MONITOR

Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Provides supervision of children in the playground and/or cafeteria. Preps eating area for safe lunch service by sanitizing eating areas and cleaning up eating areas with team members. Follow directions to provide a consistent discipline program for students. Supervises and works with students as assigned. Monitors student activities as assigned. Understands and applies safety-related precautions. Performs additional duties as assigned by the designated supervisor(s).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work with students on a one-to

• one basis. Ability to work in a timely and efficient manner. Relates to students, parents, and staff in a positive manner. Ability to work outdoors and indoors. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Required to obtain IVP fingerprint clearance card. The schedule for this position is 15 hours a week from 10:00
• 1:15 pm, Monday
• Friday.
