Job Description
The School Crossing Guard provides for the safety of students crossing designated street intersections or crosswalks by escorting students across such roadways in an efficient and effective manner; communicates to supervisor observations and/or incidents that may impact the general well being of students; notes and reports pedestrian right of way or other traffic law violations. Shift is two (2) hours per day; split shift. One (1) hour in the morning at student arrival time, and one (1) hour in the afternoon at dismissal. Physical requirements including, but not limited to: Lifting, carrying, standing, seeing, speaking, use of hands. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
