Downtown Greensboro, NC Responsibilities Maintain a secure presence around stage areas and performance zones Monitor and control access to restricted performer areas Provide support and guidance to festival attendees as needed Report and respond to safety concerns or incidents immediately Uphold PSA's standards of professionalism and customer service Qualifications Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time Strong communication and situational awareness skills Must be professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
