Campus Supervisor - Lincoln Northeast Supervise students during entry, passing periods, lunch, dismissal, and school activities. Campus Supervisors help set the tone and culture in a school building as it relates to expectations, behavior, and discipline.

Required Skills:

Applicants must care about and enjoy working with young adults. Applicants must be able to build relationships with students, establish appropriate boundaries, de-escalate tense situations, remain calm and work as a team. Applicants must have the ability to interpret and enforce school rules and regulations for high school aged students.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following areas: conflict resolution, restorative practices, middle/high school setting, or managing teenagers. Duties & Responsibilities Provide structured supervision of student movement and activities. Respond to teacher requests for support with student issues. Communicate with students, their teachers, and their administrators regarding disciplinary matters. Work with students in the areas of reflection, decision-making, and restorative practices. Be a calming authority presence in situations that may be deemed stressful. 180 calendar $ 19.12 Hourly Pay Rate 7:15a-3:45p
