Job Description
/Duties The Orientation Leader for International Students (OL), together with the Orientation Coordinator, will be responsible for helping approximately 35-50 new international students adjust to the campus, Cortland community, and culture by creating a welcoming and informative environment during the week prior to the beginning of the semester. The Orientation Leader must be fully available during the entire orientation period: August 25
- 29, 2026. Orientation training will be held on Monday, August 24 . The OL will not be able to hold any additional employment during this time period. The OL will be required to drive a 12 or a 7
- passenger van or accompany the coordinator or SUNY Cortland transportation provider to the Syracuse or Ithaca airports, or Cortland/Syracuse bus station to welcome new students.
