Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Monitor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment primarily during lunch and recess. Duties Communicate effectively with students and colleagues to foster a supportive educational environment. Maintain a safe and organized experiences for our students during lunch and recess. Kindness and empathy toward all students. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. First aid certification is advantageous but not mandatory. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
