Full Job Description Job Description:
The Lunch/Recess Supervisor supports a positive, safe, and structured environment during student lunch and recess periods. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, promoting respectful interactions, assisting students as needed, and working collaboratively with staff to maintain a safe and welcoming school atmosphere. This position is an important part of building relationships with students and contributing to a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
Ability to build positive relationships with middle school students Patient, dependable, and enjoys working with children Ability to reinforce school expectations in a calm and consistent manner Strong communication and problem-solving skills Prior experience working in a school or with youth is helpful but not required

Approx. 2.5-3 hours per school day during the lunch/recess block (Monday-Friday when school is in session)
