As an Engineering Document Control Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting project documentation and quality control processes. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, offering a clear pathway for career growth into technical roles such as CAD drafting and 3D modeling. Join a supportive, team-oriented environment where your contributions help ensure the accuracy and compliance of critical engineering documentation. Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and distribute engineering documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper revision control Prepare and manage quality control documentation, including weld tracking logs and related records Coordinate documentation flow between engineers, project managers, quality control personnel, and customers Submit engineering documentation through client-required platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Procore Track project documentation status and ensure timely submission of required deliverables Assist in maintaining compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement of document control processes and workflows Qualifications Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding of the importance of data integrity Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn technical concepts and systems
