Contracts & Documentation Coordinator:
- Support contract administration and maintain accurate project documentation
- Assist with bid package preparation and contract-related documentation during the preconstruction process
- Manage subcontractor qualification, compliance, and onboarding requirements
- Maintain project records, tracking logs, and compliance documentation
- Support project managers with contract updates, document control, and project communication
- Coordinate project closeout documentation and ensure records are complete and organized Qualifications for the
