Document Specialist Location:
Fresno, CA (Onsite)Salary:
$41,600 – $47,840 DOE Fresno Madera Farm Credit is a well-established financial services organization dedicated to supporting California's agricultural community through lending and financial solutions. As loan activity continues to grow, accurate documentation and efficient processing play a critical role in ensuring a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to keep important processes moving forward. The Opportunity This project-based position was created to support a department managing a backlog of documentation while team members are on leave and key projects are being completed. Working closely with Ken Brown, Jaime, and several internal departments, you'll take ownership of gathering, organizing, and processing loan documentation to ensure files are complete and ready for the next step in the approval process. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, complete work. What You'll Do- Process and enter data into internal loan and document management systems accurately and efficiently
- Scan, upload, and maintain electronic files to ensure documentation is organized and current
- Assemble complete loan packages by gathering and verifying required documentation
- Follow up with internal departments and employees to obtain missing information needed to move files forward
- Review and update records throughout the loan process to support the credit team's workflow and project objectives What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of administrative, document control, data entry, records management, or related experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate document management and internal software systems quickly
- Experience managing electronic files, researching information, and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate through Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person interactions Why This Role Stands Out
