Job Description
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Document Control Specialist to join their client's team in California. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and organized management of documents within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess a strong ability to maintain both physical and digital records accurately. Key Responsibilities Review and organize physical HR and personnel files. Scan and digitize documents using designated scanning equipment. Accurately label and rename files following internal guidelines. Upload and organize digital files within OneDrive. Ensure all documents are properly categorized and easily searchable. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Assist with shredding and recycling outdated materials. Follow established processes for document management and quality control. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in administrative support, records management, or filing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with document scanning and digitization preferred. Comfortable working with both physical and digital file systems. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, file naming, folder organization). Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
