DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN
- Upland, Ca. The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers in the nation, is excited to recruit for a Document Management Technician to work at the Lewis corporate office in Upland, Ca. Your new career will involve working with the Document Management team within the Lewis I.T. department. The ideal candidate for this role is a flexible problem solver who has superb communication skills and is detail oriented. Our top candidate will also have experience thriving in an administrative role as well as being able to multitask.
Your responsibilities include:
Processing company invoices daily into the invoicing system (Bottomline).
  • Verifying that documents were scanned accurately.
  • Processing accounts payable documents.
  • Renaming and importing documents into the file system.
  • Scanning paper documents through the scanning system.
  • Scanning large size documents using a wide scanner system.
Qualifications for your success:
Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Have an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Solid time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
