Job Description
Document Control Specialist Support manufacturing operations by managing quality documentation, revision control, and records management to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and NQA-1 standards. This role partners with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and support continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain and control quality documents, records, and engineering documentation.
+ Manage document revisions, distribution, retention, and records requests.
+ Review turnover packages and customer submittals for accuracy and completeness.
+ Support internal and external audits through effective document control practices.
+ Track quality metrics and assist with reporting and data analysis. Qualifications + 4+ years of document control, records management, or document administration experience.
+ Experience managing revision-controlled documents in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to review technical documents, drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
+ Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, audits, or quality compliance processes preferred.
+ Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical documentation packages, and database systems. Work Environment

half day (40-hour workweek) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
