Responsibilities Assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians Ensure that medical professionals are compliant with company and client requirements Maintain contact and follow-up with healthcare professionals throughout the credentialing process Lead the team to enroll providers with insurance companies Other assigned tasks and duties Job Skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Able to maintain a high level of accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments Excellent customer service skills including strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational skills Experience with computers, database, and word processing is essential.
