Our team is looking for a MRO Quality Administrator to join them. You will report to the MRO Quality Manager and gain hands-on experience supporting and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in quality assurance within a regulated aerospace environment. This position will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL . To be considered for the MRO Quality Administrator opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you: High School diploma required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior Aviation/MRO experience a plus. Experience with Syteline ERP system is preferred or the ability to quickly learn new software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience or exposure to ISO 9001, AS9110, or AS9100 standards is an asset but not required. As an MRO Quality Administrator , you will: Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Enter, update, and maintain quality-related data within the company's ERP system. Review calibration certificates to verify compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements. Maintain equipment calibration records and ensure timely updates. Maintain quality records and ensure effective document control. Serve as the technical data librarian by organizing, maintaining, and controlling technical documentation, procedures, specifications, manuals, and records. Organize, update, and distribute controlled procedures, work instructions, forms, and technical documents. Assist with onboarding and qualifying new suppliers, including maintaining supplier records and supporting supplier evaluations. Support internal audits, desktop audits, and assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities. Track nonconformities and monitor corrective actions through closure. Assist in preparing quality metrics and supporting management review meetings. Maintain technician training records and competency documentation. Support customer, regulatory, and accreditation audits. Verify compliance with company procedures, quality standards, customer requirements, and accreditation requirements. Indirect purchases for Quality and Engineering Departments Perform general administrative duties in support of the Quality Department.
