MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to a regional business unit. This position will execute established administrative processes and work within standardized systems to help ensure the regional operation runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, and able to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Execute administrative tasks and processes supporting the regional operations team. Follow established procedures, processes, and systems to complete assigned work. Provide day-to-day administrative and business support to the regional operation unit. Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records. Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, to communicate and manage daily activities. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams as needed. Utilize established systems and tools to complete administrative responsibilities. Support operational activities and assist with general business administration. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling business information. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Option 1: Bachelors degree with no prior professional experience required. OR Option 2: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant administrative or business support experience. Required Skills Strong knowledge and confident use of Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow standardized processes and established procedures. Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. Strong administrative and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Concur. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot. Previous experience providing administrative or business support within a corporate or regional operations environment. Work Schedule MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM This is a full-time opportunity with potential for conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and performance.
