The position contributes to the efficient execution of established processes by ensuring information is complete, accurate, organized, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements, Bank policies, and departmental procedures. High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, clerical, data entry, customer service or related experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in accuracy & efficiency, communication, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, data entry, organization, problem solving, records management, quality control, technology literacy, and time management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines. Must be detail oriented with ability to review documents for completeness, identify discrepancies, and follow established procedures. Effective team player, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and Bank information.
