Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage engineering and construction documents, including printing, issuing, tracking, and controlling drawings and project documentation. Maintain project files and records throughout the entire project lifecycle. Scan, file, distribute, and track controlled communications such as meeting minutes, scope documents, drawing review comments, and QA/QC records. Coordinate project closeout activities, including archiving documents and managing file storage systems. Perform data entry and administrative software support to ensure accurate project information and records. Provide proposal and contract documentation support for project and business needs. Facilitate communication between document control personnel, project teams, and organizational stakeholders. Schedule and prepare for engineering, design, construction, and business planning meetings. Manage delivery tracking and logistical coordination, including document deliveries and City of Boise-related submissions. Track project progress, ensure accountability, maintain data integrity, and support team collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
Ability to develop, understand, and apply policies, procedures, and departmental objectives when making decisions. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Ability to stage and load large-format printer (plotter) paper rolls weighing approximately 20 to 25 lbs. Minimum of 3 years of experience in records management, record keeping, or general administrative support.
Preferences:
Experience with Design and Engineering environments is a plus. Experience using SharePoint is a plus. Previous semiconductor industry experience is preferred. Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework is preferred.
Physical Effort/Activities:
Able to move materials weighing up to 30 pounds to shelf located 4 feet in height. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to bend twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel. • Be able to read and understand chemical labels.
