Job Description

Our Support Services team is currently seeking a Part-Time Document Management Specialist to join our team! As a Document Management Specialist , you will be responsible for the timely and accurate intake, opening, preparation, scanning, indexing, and routing of incoming physical mail and documents received by SIF. This position performs quality-control checks to ensure electronic records are complete, accurate, and usable. This role requires consistent attendance, reliability, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust to changing volumes and priorities. This is a part-time position (25 hours/week), with a schedule of Monday
- Friday 7:30am
- 12:30pm.
Your background should include:
HS Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience operating high-speed scanners and using document-management or imaging systems. Prior mailroom, document processing, records-management, or imaging experience preferred. Highly reliable with the ability to be flexible to adjust to changing daily priorities, volumes, and coverage needs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive work accurately and efficiently. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents securely and in accordance with established procedures. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn SIF systems and document-processing applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to push, pull, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds occasionally. What you can expect!
