Your role ensures that all documents meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO guidelines, supporting operational excellence across our facilities.

Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in
Computer Science or Information Systems Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel with VBA, Outlook, Power BI and Power Automate) Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, performing repetitive tasks, and sitting for extended periods Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including managers, supervisors, and local control center personnel Knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
Develop documents and reports in accordance with company guidelines and ISO standards Maintain and improve WITRON documentation as required Collaborate with the documentation team on projects Support facilities with documentation needs Train management and IT personnel on document creation and management processes Organize and manage WITRON SharePoint infrastructure Provide support for issues related to communication systems (MS Outlook, Teams, local servers) Recommend opportunities for improving tool efficiency and identify better alternatives Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment, actively participate in health and safety programs Travel up to 30% as required Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Pay Range:
$35.00-$38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
