Job Description Job Description Job Description Excellent long term QA/QC Documentation Specialist position to work for a nationwide electrical contractor that is building data centers. Would train for 2-3 months in South Bend, before being dispatched to the data centers throughout Indiana. These are temp to perm positions, $30-35. Experience in construction document control, project coordination, quality administration, commissioning documentation, or project closeout. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage inspection records, checklists, testing reports, equipment documentation, photographs, deficiency logs, and turnover packages. Experience reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy, proper signatures, correct asset identification, and alignment with project requirements. Ability to track submittals, requests for information, approved drawings, redlines, as-built information, operation and maintenance manuals, and testing documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam. Experience with Autodesk Build, Procore, SharePoint, or comparable document-management systems is strongly preferred. Ability to create and maintain trackers, dashboards, logs, status reports, and document-control matrices. Strong written communication and professional follow-up skills. Ability to coordinate with inspectors, superintendents, project managers, vendors, testing agencies, and commissioning personnel to obtain missing or corrected documentation.
