Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children across various age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to childhood development stages, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily activities, progress, and any concerns Apply behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of abuse or neglect promptly Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play while adhering to health and safety standards Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs Strong background in early childhood education, including preschooler care and classroom experience Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activity planning for children of all ages Certified in First Aid and CPR to respond swiftly in emergencies Proven experience in childcare roles such as babysitting, nannying, daycare work or youth program teaching Excellent child supervision skills combined with patience, empathy, and active engagement Effective communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom discipline techniques Join us as a Caregiver to make a positive difference every day!
