Job Duties; Work with Operations and QA personnel to create, update, circulate for review, and distribute technical and non-technical documents, including production paperwork, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Forms, and training materials. Collaborate with QA Technicians and Operations to gather and document accurate information Organize and manage document repositories for easy access and version control Ensure documentation meets company standards, style guidelines, and regulatory requirements Review and revise existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness Develop templates and documentation frameworks to standardize content Assist with the tracking of personnel training Track changes and maintain document version histories Use documentation tools and content management systems (CMS) effectively Continuously improve documentation processes and workflows Track the training of personnel Assist the QA Manager with customer complaints Serves as a backup for the management of scales used by Production Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate would possess the following;
- Proven experience in documentation, technical writing, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Must be well organized.
