Job Description
The Safety Administrator provides administrative, documentation, and data entry support to the Safety Department to ensure accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and efficient communication across all company projects. This position is responsible for maintaining safety records, processing documentation, entering data into multiple software platforms, coordinating safety-related administrative tasks, and assisting management and field personnel with daily operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry and document management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a full-time position that will work in an office environment.
