Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of quality documentation. This role will report to/work with our Quality Manager. Duties Prepare, review, maintain, and update quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, inspection reports, and compliance records in accordance with established quality systems. Maintain KPI records Assist with internal quality system and job audits. Collect and analyze data from inspections and audits to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for process improvement. Maintain records of quality inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and audit findings using Microsoft Office/Excel. Keep track of customer returns/re-works to ensure we inspect the parts in a timely manner and alert the customer. Assist in training team members on quality standards, inspection procedures, and proper documentation practices. Other quality department tasks. Requirements Understanding of quality standards. Ability to assist with detailed quality audits and inspections. Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes. Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to a changing environment. Not required, but great if you have: Database/ERP experience, auditing and blueprint reading.
