Batching Documentation Technician Job Description Join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring food safety and quality through rigorous laboratory and production support functions. As a QC Lab Technician, you will perform microbiological and analytical testing to support our Pre-Operation sanitation and HACCP program, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. Responsibilities Verify for correctness and accuracy all batching kits prior to being shipping to the main plant. Attention to detail and good math skills are required for this position. Assists with inventory accuracy for CSBC and customers. Assists in the coordination, monitoring and testing of all Vendors to meet Quality/Compliance expectations for products they provide. Assists in working with manufacturing in designing and enhancing quality management systems to facilitate overall regulatory compliance. Assists the Batching Compliance Analyst Lead in serving as liaison with all compliance issues. Verification of ingredient quantities during kit stage in DC batching area. Must be able to lift 55 lbs. on a regular basis. Organoleptic analysis of all supplied ingredients. Report any non-conformance Know all quality standards and expectations of position Report any waste or poor conservation practices Continuously looking for improved practices and processes in your position, and contributing these ideas to your immediate supervisor Know all safety requirements of position prior to starting any job. Follow all safety rules and procedures established by the company. Performs all other duties as assigned or required by supervisor/customer. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail Good at multitasking Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
