Why You'll Love Working Here + Employee-owned culture where every employee has a stake in the company's success + Opportunities to support high-profile engineering and construction projects that make a real impact + A collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, and professional growth + Strong commitment to employee development through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities + Industry-leading focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction + A stable, growing organization consistently recognized as one of the best places to build a long-term career What You'll Do As a member of the project support team, you will: + Organize, maintain, and manage project documentation for engineering and construction projects + Set up and administer document control systems for multiple projects simultaneously + Support project managers and engineering teams by ensuring project files remain accurate, current, and compliant + Assist in developing and maintaining document control standards, procedures, and best practices + Communicate document management processes and expectations to project team members + Coordinate the collection, review, routing, and distribution of project documents + Compile electronic project data books and ensure documentation is complete and properly formatted + Prepare and issue transmittals to clients and vendors + Process vendor submittals, including logging, tracking, routing, and status updates + Package and distribute electronic project documentation to internal and external stakeholders + Monitor document workflows to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and deliverables + Identify and escalate document-related issues while helping facilitate resolutions + Perform additional administrative and document control responsibilities as needed What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications + High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of document control, project support, or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access + Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail + Experience with document tracking, version control, and document distribution processes + Ability to perform quality checks and verify document accuracy and completeness + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities + Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications + Experience with document management platforms such as Hexagon, Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems + Experience issuing transmittals and compiling electronic project data books + Experience supporting engineering, construction, or project-based organizations + Ability to troubleshoot document workflow issues and recommend solutions + Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Work Environment This role operates within a professional, project-focused environment supporting engineering and construction initiatives. Much of the work is computer-based and requires daily use of document management systems and Microsoft Office applications. You'll regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors while managing multiple project priorities and deadlines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
