FieldBridge is looking for a Technical Services Documentation Specialist in St. Louis, MO to to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the United States.
Pay/Schedule:
$36.00
  • $45.00/hour. Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM.
Hybrid. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Services Documentation Specialist to support corporate quality and IP certification activities across a Field Technical Services organization. In this hybrid role, you will manage partner formulation documentation, maintain certification records and databases, and coordinate cross-functionally with R D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure certification requirements are met and documentation is accurate and current. Key Responsibilities Manage IP certifications including Kosher, Organic, and Rainforest Alliance from documentation through audit readiness Maintain and update internal records, external certification databases, and partner formulation documentation throughout the product lifecycle Support new product and supply chain initiatives by ensuring certification claims and deliverables are completed accurately and on time Coordinate with R D, Commercial, MDM, Regulatory, and manufacturing partners to resolve IP-related issues and communicate certification standards Maintain formula trackers to support execution, inventory, and document control through issuance to manufacturing operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field preferred 5 or more years of experience with a CPG company Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Infor Optiva experience a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to validate accuracy of own work Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Pay:
Up to $1,640.00 per week
