Job Description

Documentation Coordinator III Location:
1080 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 OR 9115 Hague Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46256 (this role is fully onsite)
Pay Rate:
$38-$46.90/hour, based on experience 2 year contact with potential for extension and/or permanent placement Weekly pay and healthcare benefits The Opportunity Maintain and manage company documentation systems Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards Support teams with document organization and archiving Coordinate document reviews and updates Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality Who You Are 3-5 years experience in a regulated environment or Quality Function.
REQUIRED
Bachelor's / Master degree in Life Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related subject or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED
Experience with document control systems
REQUIRED
Experience with EDMS workflows, understands metadata concepts and possesses superior communication and analysis capabilities, is proactive with identifying and driving improvements. Has experience with Content Management and understands state of the art AI technologies. Experience in Confluence a plus. Has the skills to effectively drive change within the organization. Can manage highly complex and/or global projects, or equivalent experience.
