Position Summary We are seeking a QA & Technical Documentation Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our Restaurant and Retail POS systems while maintaining accurate and up-to-date User and Technical Documentation. This role combines Software QA, Payment QA, Hardware/Device Testing, API & Integration Testing, and Technical Documentation. The ideal candidate can identify product issues, validate new features, and translate complex technical functionality into clear, user-friendly documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing for POS systems Test Windows/Android applications, payment systems, hardware, APIs, and third-party integrations Test payment transactions, including EMV, NFC/contactless, refunds, reversals, and settlement Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites Identify, document, and verify software defects and production issues Create and maintain User Manuals, Technical Manuals, Installation/Configuration Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, FAQs, and Release Notes Ensure documentation is updated with new features, UI changes, hardware configurations, and software releases Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Implementation teams to improve product quality and documentation Required Qualifications Bilingual in Korean and English Experience in Software QA / Software Testing Experience with POS, Restaurant, Retail, or Payment Systems Experience testing Windows and/or Android applications Experience creating test cases and technical documentation Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly Preferred Qualifications Experience with payment terminals, EMV, or payment processing Experience with hardware/software integration testing Experience supporting production issues Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments What We're Looking For A detail-oriented professional who can test products thoroughly, identify issues, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that customers and internal teams always have reliable technical information.
