This role is vital in ensuring that all project records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data management tools, database systems, and project coordination, combined with a proactive approach to document control processes. Duties Establish and maintain comprehensive document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across projects Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of all project-related documents using advanced data management systems Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely document approval and updates Implement version control protocols to prevent discrepancies and ensure the latest documents are accessible Monitor data quality and integrity through regular audits, utilizing tools such as Tableau, Business Intelligence platforms, and data analytics software Support regulatory compliance management by maintaining accurate records aligned with industry standards Utilize database management experience to organize large datasets within SQL databases, Oracle, or similar systems for easy retrieval and analysis Skills Proficiency in data management tools such as Tableau, Talend, Informatica, and other Data analytics platforms Strong knowledge of database systems including SQL databases, Oracle, and data warehouse architectures Experience with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) for handling Big Data environments Ability to design data models and manage master data effectively for consistent information governance Familiarity with data quality monitoring techniques and data governance frameworks Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile to coordinate multiple document workflows efficiently Skilled in using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis purposes Excellent analysis skills combined with strong cross-functional communication abilities to liaise between teams effectively Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to document control and data security practices Leadership qualities to guide teams on best practices in data collection, database design, and information governance Join us as a Document Controller to ensure our project documentation is meticulously managed—driving operational excellence while supporting innovative data solutions!
