Engineering, Project Management, Production, Sales, Field Services Primary Responsibility:
The Document Controller will be responsible for coordinating and generating documentation associated with
MIRATECH
projects, quality systems, and customer deliverables. This role will work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Production, and Quality to collect technical information and develop complete documentation packages for customer review and project execution.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical submittal packages for customer review. Create, compile, and manage project quality documentation packages. Gather technical inputs from engineering personnel and incorporate them into customer-facing deliverables. Track document status, revisions, approvals, and customer comments. Maintain document registers and revision histories. Coordinate document reviews between Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Manufacturing. Ensure documentation complies with company standards and customer requirements. Process customer document requests and revision comments. Prepare turnover documentation packages at project completion. Maintain organized electronic records of project documentation. Support development and maintenance of document templates and standards. Assist with O&M manual preparation and document compilation activities.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent written communication and document formatting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and project management personnel. Experience with document management systems preferred. Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment preferred. What's in it for
