HR Records Specialist Responsibilities Scan, organize, and digitize active and terminated employee personnel files into a new electronic records system. The HR Records Specialist will prepare, index, and upload HR documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review scanned files for quality and resolve any document discrepancies. The HR Records Specialist will maintain organized electronic and physical personnel records while adhering to confidentiality standards. Track the progress of document conversion and ensure records are accurately maintained. The HR Records Specialist will provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Preferred Qualifications of the HR Records Specialist Role Previous experience in administrative support, records management, document scanning, or data entry. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Comfortable working independently and managing a high-volume workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. HR or personnel records experience is a plus. #
