We're seeking a motivated Document Control Associate to support document management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain, organize, and manage controlled documents in both physical and electronic document management systems (eDMS).
Process, review, and validate documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Sort and file maintenance records, calibration documents, work orders, and other operational records.
Create and update document templates, metadata fields, and workflow processes.
Generate reports and track document review cycles, status updates, and key performance metrics.
Support quality assurance efforts by verifying documentation is current, approved, and properly stored.
Test procedures and work instructions for clarity and effectiveness.
Train internal teams and external partners on document control processes and best practices. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
0-5 years of experience in document control, administrative support, records management, or project coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and large volumes of documentation.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial environments is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Direct Hire Opportunity
