Your impact We are seeking a Document Controller to join our Dublin team, supporting the successful delivery of a major infrastructure programme for our client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex, high-profile project while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective document management and information control throughout the project lifecycle. The Role As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring information is accurately controlled, distributed and maintained in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the receipt, registration, distribution and filing of project documentation. Maintaining electronic document management systems and ensuring document accuracy and compliance. Supporting project teams in the preparation, review and submission of documents. Monitoring document workflows and ensuring timely processing and approval of information. Managing document numbering, revision control and transmittal processes. Coordinating with internal teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders regarding document control requirements. Producing reports and metrics on document status, progress and compliance. Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to project procedures and quality management systems. Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity across all project information. Here's what you'll need We're looking for a motivated and organised professional who can thrive in a collaborative project environment. Essential Requirements Experience working as a Document Controller within engineering, construction, transportation, infrastructure or related industries. Strong knowledge of document control principles, processes and best practices. Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a fast-paced project environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Desirable Requirements Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects. Familiarity with
ISO 9001
