Job Description

Our client, a the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Records Management Specialist to join their team. As a Records Management Specialist, you will be part of the Records and Archives Department supporting document lifecycle processes and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal procedures.

  • 24/hr What's the Job?
Manage physical and electronic records, supporting document lifecycle processes and document remediation activities. Support onsite archive operations, including cataloging, storing, and retrieving records and archived materials. Assist with document creation, revision, review, approval, and archival activities within electronic document repositories. Support system migration and remediation efforts related to new document management systems. Maintain compliance with quality and records management procedures, and participate in process improvement initiatives. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in records management or related fields. Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries. Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with document management systems like Documentum or Veeva is preferred. What's in it for me?
