Job Description

The Technical Documentation Clerk at Proweaver plays a very important role in maintaining and organizing all technical documents pertaining to Proweaver's projects and products. The person in this role would work closely with the company's tech team, project managers, and other staff members to handle documents and drawings, ensuring that they're up to date, accurately represented, and stored properly. Responsibilities Manage the reception, logging, distribution, and issuance of technical documents internally and externally. Store and retrieve all technical documents such as reports, databases, blueprints, and process sheets. Ensure the organization and secure storage of technical drawings and documentation both in hard copy and electronic format. Maintain document control registers for tracking project documentation. Assist in the preparation of regular reports and updates on all document control matters. Work with team members in adhering to document control policies and procedures. Perform quality checking of all received and issued technical documents to ensure they meet required standards and project requirements. Qualifications Minimum of an Associate's degree or equal qualification, preferably in a technical or engineering field. 1-2 years' experience in a similar role with a focus on technical document control. Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and maintaining documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly.
