Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help drive excellence in product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence across all production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Quality System Administration Maintain the QMS documentation structure. Ensure procedures, work instructions, forms, and records are current. Control document revisions and approvals. Manage retention and archiving quality records. Create/Maintain SPC files for production. Entering/Tracking Scrap data and reports. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annually) Control of Calibration program/records. Monitor/Track Tooling PMs Assist Quality Mgr, Quality Team and EMS Mgr, other departments, and production associates. Internal & External Audits Schedule and coordinate
IATF16949/ISO 9000
internal system, process, product, and work instruction audits. Internal Auditor for IATF and
ISO 14000
standards. Prepare departments for customer, registrar, and supplier audits. Track audit findings and corrective actions. Verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Document Control Create and maintain document numbering systems. Process document change requests (Deviations/ECRs). Ensure obsolete documents are removed from use. Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems. Compliance Monitoring Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Monitor adherence to
ISO/IATF

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
