Job Description

ISO Quality & Document Control Technician At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for a n ISO Quality & Document Control Technician to join our Conroe, TX team. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing quality assurance activities while also maintaining robust document control systems in alignment with

ISO 9001

requirements. The role ensures accuracy of quality data, integrity of controlled documentation, and compliance with internal procedures, customer specifications, and regulatory standards.

You will:

Perform inspections on materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify product specifications. Maintain accurate quality, inspection, and traceability records. Identify and document nonconforming materials and assist with corrective actions. Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage controlled documents, including work instructions, drawings, procedures, and forms. Ensure document revisions, approvals, and record retention requirements are maintained . Update and maintain quality and document control records in ERP, QMS, and document management systems. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and documentation. Monitor production processes and analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement changes. Support engineering changes, new product introductions, and employee training on quality and document control procedures.

Key Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree in quality, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality and/or document control role Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement systems Working knowledge of

ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems Experience with ERP and document management systems (JD Edwards preferred) Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint) A b ility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents Understanding of revision control and change management processes

Shift/Hours:

1st shift- Mon through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with OT and weekends when needed.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this role is: $ 25 .00-30.00 hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
