Address:
8800 Westplain Dr. Houston, TX 77041 Project Document Specialist Review customer purchase orders, specifications, internal production orders and project requirements to identify documentation and quality requirements. Support Project Managers throughout planning, manufacturing, inspection, testing, shipment and project closeout. Prepare, compile and maintain customer documentation in accordance with purchase orders, specifications, ASME Code requirements, ITPs and internal procedures. Coordinate submission, approval, revision and finalization of project documentation, Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), data books and customer data packages. Develop and maintain document registers and trackers for submissions, approvals, comments, revisions, milestones and outstanding requirements. Obtain manufacturing and quality records from internal teams and suppliers, including material certifications, inspection records, test reports, certificates and drawings. Coordinate documentation with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Sales and other functions. Track documentation milestones and identify delays that could affect inspection, testing, shipment, invoicing or project completion. Coordinate customer and third-party inspection documentation, including Notices of Inspection (NOIs), inspection records and certificates. Interface as required with customers, third-party inspectors, regulators, auditors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Support customer communications, project status reporting, variation/change order documentation and resolution of documentation-related issues. Verify required documentation and data packages are complete and approved before shipment when applicable.
