Key Responsibilities Review customer purchase orders, specifications, and project requirements to identify documentation and quality requirements Prepare, compile, maintain, and distribute project documentation, Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), data books, and customer document packages Support Project Managers throughout planning, production, inspection, testing, shipment, and project closeout Track document submissions, approvals, revisions, milestones, and outstanding action items Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Project Management teams Gather and maintain material certifications, inspection reports, test records, certificates, and drawings Support customer communications, project status updates, and change order documentation Coordinate documentation for customer and third-party inspections, including Notices of Inspection (NOIs) Verify required documentation is accurate, complete, and approved prior to shipment Qualifications Experience in document control, project coordination, quality documentation, or manufacturing administration Strong knowledge of technical documentation, records management, and quality systems Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and document tracking systems Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
