Job Description:
Clayton Services is searching for an Engineering Administrator/Document Control Specialist to join a growing manufacturing company in Southwest Houston. The Engineering Administrator will support engineering operations by maintaining technical documentation, coordinating workflow activities, and ensuring accurate engineering records and data management.
Job Type:
Direct Hire Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $26.00/hour

Engineering Administrator Responsibilities:
Maintain engineering documentation and technical records Coordinate document revisions and change management activities Support engineering teams with project administration and workflow coordination Update and maintain product information, documentation, and technical data within company systems Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines Assist with engineering reporting and record management Communicate project updates across multiple departments Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal procedures Other duties as assigned
Engineering Administrator Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Experience managing technical documentation ERP and database experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Engineering Administrator Education and Experience:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of document control, project coordination, or engineering support experience Manufacturing experience preferred Experience supporting technical teams strongly preferred Engineering Administrator - Immediate need. Apply today!
